Platt’s more than 25 years of healthcare administration experience includes the founding period of ONS when, serving as Administrator of Greenwich Orthopedic Associates, she implemented the merger of three specialty orthopedic and spine practices that would form the single multi-specialty practice, ONS, and continued to serve as the new practice’s Executive Director. An experienced physician recruiter and member of the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment, Platt conducts full cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioners and previously recruited physicians for Nuvance Health – formerly HealthQuest.
