National Practice Board
Our National Practice Board (NPB) is an advisory team of physicians working jointly with executive leadership to advance clinical innovation and orthopedic excellence. Comprised of nine physician leaders from Spire’s partner practices, the NPB helps foster seamless collaboration across our organization, while providing specialty counsel to enhance patient care.
The NPB balances Spire’s commitment to physician autonomy with the opportunity for individual physicians to benefit from the shared expertise and holistic strength of our entire partner network. The mutual support between NPB members and the Spire executive team represents a progressive leadership model in the industry and establishes a legacy of organization-wide physician influence for years to come.
