With more than 25 years of experience, Petrucci is an accomplished healthcare leader. In her past roles as hospitality manager for Norwalk Hospital, she successfully launched an Integrative Medicine Program and facilitated the opening of a second offsite location. During her last eight years at Orthopeadic & Neurosurgery Specialists, Toni implemented various operations systems including new inventory management processes for all medical and surgical supplies and durable medical equipment. In addition, she identifies and manages processes and efficiencies at all locations, is a Spire integration team member involved in new construction and various improvement projects and manages equipment maintenance and service contracts.
