Patrick Seiler has worked his entire 30+ year career in senior financial manager roles, with the last 20 years working for several healthcare companies as their CFO. For the last nine years, Mr. Seiler worked for RestorixHealth, one of the nation’s largest wound care companies, that operates over 250 wound care clinics and is the largest supplier of wound dressings in the United States, shipping supplies to over 6,000 skilled nursing facilities in all 50 states. Mr. Seiler has extensive M&A and transaction experience with multiple successful recapitalizations of RestorixHealth and other businesses, most recently merging RestorixHealth with American Medical Technologies. He received a finance degree from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York and is a Certified Management Accountant.
