Amy Wasterlain, M.D.

Dr. Wasterlain earned her B.A. degree in molecular biology at Princeton University and medical degree from Stanford University. Her postgraduate training includes a residency in orthopedic surgery at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, where she served as executive chief resident, overseeing 65 residents. Following her residency, Dr. Wasterlain completed a one-year fellowship in adult reconstruction (hip and knee replacement) at the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia. She performs minimally invasive direct anterior hip replacement, and muscle-sparing “subvastus” knee replacement.
