He most recently served as a Staff Vice President for Anthem Inc., where he was responsible for the strategic direction and design of value-based payment models to enhance delivery, outcomes and affordability. In addition to his background in reimbursement strategy, he brings a wealth of experience in contracting, network development, population health and analytics.
