Majority physician-owned platform taps former HSS executive; reflects growing needs of physician partners
Spire Orthopedic Partners, a rapidly growing management services organization serving best-in-class orthopedic and spine surgeons, has hired orthopedic marketing executive Nicole Monsky as the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer.

Most recently, Monsky served as Vice President of Marketing for orthopedic provider Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). At HSS, she led marketing and advertising efforts across the enterprise to advance strategic growth objectives. Prior to HSS, Monsky worked at American Express where she focused on the company’s small business portfolio with responsibilities including new customer acquisition and brand management.

Monsky’s addition to Spire reflects the company’s growth as it expands to best serve a growing number of orthopedic and spine practices. With Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists (ONS) as the founding practice, the company has added Orthopaedic Associates of Manhasset, Orthopedic Associates of Middletown and Connecticut Neck & Back Specialists (CTNB) over the last year. In addition to these partnerships, there are more growth opportunities in the pipeline for 2022.
